These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of bronformen.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from BRON, a brand owned and operated by Korsica Brands LLC, 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069 ("BRON," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

2. Products

Our products are cosmetic skincare products. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person. Always review the ingredient list before use. If you experience irritation, discontinue use. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, consult a physician before use. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in error, or involve pricing or listing mistakes. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping

Orders typically ship within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@bronformen.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@bronformen.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order, used or unused. We pay the return shipping label and do not charge restocking fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the BRON name, wordmark, product names, copy, photography, and design, is owned by or licensed to Korsica Brands LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping at scale, interfering with the Site's operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us, you grant Korsica Brands LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the brand. You represent that you own the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korsica Brands LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Korsica Brands LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
