Returns

30-Day Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Email hello@bronformen.com with your order number within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide the correct return instructions. You pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and issue approved refunds within 10 business days of receiving the return. Refunds cover the actual price paid for eligible returned items and go to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a refund is required by law.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email hello@bronformen.com with your order number and a photo so we can help. The unopened and unused restriction does not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
